Allegretto Ventures, LLC was in the process of developing a launch plan for their new product…a shelf-stable drinkable soup, and they needed to finalize the plan.

 

Recommended a revised go-to-market plan; developed a new brand positioning (“convenient epicurean nourishment”) and created a new brand name,
Go Appetit.
 

Successful test market launch was completed; Expansion continued into grocery stores and natural food stores such as Whole Foods.
